Friendly and considerate service is one of the qualities our BlueShoe clients repeatedly credit to the Hampton Inn Downtown.

BlueShoe Clients Write About their Impressions of the Hampton Inn Downtown

The rating is a big 10! Nothing but praise--good service, great food, beautiful building and grounds!!

"The Hampton was a very nice place, I would rate it a 10. There was a girl that worked there, long blonde hair, she was wonderful, very helpful, also two guys that were great."

"The Hampton was great, we had a beautiful corner room it was very clean. Everyone was very nice and very pleasant. Would stay there again on any trip I would make to Nashville. I give them a ****** 10 *******"

"10 Location, location, location: close enough to walk everywhere. Also, great breakfast buffet--never hard to find a seat even at "rush" times for people going to festival, desk staff helpful and had special maps of area and info prepared by Hampton. They should have built it with more elevators, however."

"It was a great location, the desk staff was friendly and very, very helpful, and the breakfasts were great."

"Our stay at the Hampton was a 10 and then some! We couldn't have picked a better hotel to stay at.....The second day we were there our friend kathy got kidney stones and the people at the front desk were great......they called for an ambulance and came right to our room to see what they could do for us till the ambulance got there and when we got her back to the room from the hospital they checked on her several times for us while we were out at the night concert and told us if we needed anything at all just to let them know.......they were very friendly ( the whole staff)......and the breakfast was awesome each morning.......we would definitely pick that hotel to stay at again when we come back to nashville......thank you for a wonderful trip blueshoes!!!!!"

"I would give the Hampton Inn a 10! The staff was great the rooms were great...Locations was great! Only complaint we had this year was in reguards to the buses and where they stopped. We were so excited to be next to the bus stop and then found out that the buses didnt stop at the 4th St location in the evenings, even though the sign said it did. That of course was no fault of the hotel. Hotel was awsome and would definitly be willing to stay there again!"

"From the cookies that were available in the reception area to the breakfast that was available each morning, we were treated very well. And the breakfast! We were expecting just the basics - bagels, pastries and coffee; but the hot breakfast items were a wonderful surprise, in addition to the freshly made Belgian waffles each morning. The staff at the Hampton really stepped up to the plate (literally), with someone keeping the waffles coming so the wait was minimal.

I can’t say enough about the staff either. We saw several staff, including those in “suits”, who pitched in and helped out in all different areas. We always felt that they were working as a team, and no job was outside of their job description.

Despite a few glitches (our room keys got deactivated a few times and the fire alarm kept going off at the beginning of our stay – thankfully not at night) that were quickly rectified, we enjoyed our stay there and can’t wait to go back next year."

"It was great. Close walking distance to everything especially the pedestrian walk way. Hotel staff was very nice. Definitely a 10!"
