CMA Music Festival Fan Fair 2011

If you love country music . . .
there is only one place in the world to be
June 9-12, 2011

Keith Urban

Each June the CMA Music Festival showcases country music artists like Dwight Yoakum, Alan Jackson, Martina McBride, Reba McIntyre, Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean, Carrie Underwood, Sugarland, Lady Antebellum, and Trace Adkins. Next year's Festival is scheduled for June 9-12, 2011.

Are you ready? We're about to launch BlueShoe's "Best of the Fest" 2011 CMA Packages

September 1, 2010: A 3-hour special on the 2010 CMA Music Festival airs tonight on ABC at 8 p.m. Eastern/7 p.m. Central. The performance to watch for is Keith Urban's cover of Joe Cocker's arrangement of "With a Little Help from My Friends." Urban dedicated the song to the people of Nashville who pulled together to help their neighbors during the terrible flooding in early May. With film footage of flood scenes playing on the stage screen behind him, Urban was joined by Tony Brown on the piano, Sarah Buxton, Little Big Town's Karen Fairchild and Kimberly Schlapman. It was one of the most masterful and moving performances of the entire Festival.

August 31, 2010: Drum roll, please . . . our third downtown hotel/ticket package debuts online today. The popular and lovely Hampton Inn & Suites is now available for booking online for the 2011 CMA Music Festival.

August 28, 2010: We're pleased to announce our CMA Music Festival 2011 packages for the Guesthouse Inn Vanderbilt are now online and available for purchase. See all package prices here.

August 24, 2010: Hotel/Ticket packages for the The Hermitage Hotel and the Courtyard Marriott downtown are now available for purchase online. Our other hotel packages will be up and ready for booking shortly. See all package prices here.

August 23, 2010: Prices for our 5-night hotel/ticket packages for the CMA Music Festival 2011 are now online. We're still in the process of updating hotel photos and information, but you can get a good start on reading about the different hotels here. Packages will be available for purchase online in the next day or so.

August 13, 2010: Our renewal program for our 2010 CMA Music Festival clients is nearly complete. Packages for the 2011 CMA Music Festival will go on sale to the public shortly. As part of our "Best of the Fest" offerings, we'll be featuring the same great hotels we partnered with in 2010. These properties include the wonderful 5-Star Hermitage Hotel, the downtown Courtyard Marriott, the downtown Hampton Inn, the new Hilton Garden Inn Vanderbilt, the Guesthouse Inn Vanderbilt, the Embassy Suites Airport, and the Baymont Inn West. Seats offered will include Lower Level Sections 134 and 133, Floor Level in Section F (Rows 3, 4, 5, & 6), a limited number of Gold Circle (including a handful of "Original Gold" located within the first 21 rows in the midsections of B, C, & D). Bookmark this page and checkback for an update on the pending launch of these "Best of the Fest" packages.

July 12, 2010: Next year's Festival is scheduled for June 9 -12, 2011. We anticipate putting our 2011 hotel/ticket packages on sale here in early August.

June 15, 2010: The 2010 Festival wrapped up four days of extraordinary country music Sunday night, June 13. Performances by Tim McGraw, Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood, Alan Jackson, Zac Brown Band, Trace Adkins, Reba, Martina McBride, Rascal Flatts, and Brad Paisley were among the highlights on the big stage at LP Field.

Our 2011 ticket/hotel package prices are not yet on sale. Once prices are finalized, we'll post an announcement here regarding the opening date for package sales. If you are a 2010 BlueShoe client, watch your email for notification from BlueShoe: if you'd like to renew your package with your current seats, or upgrade, you'll be given an opportunity to do so before packages are opened for sale online.

June 9, 2010: Note to our BlueShoe/CMA Music Festival clients--when you check into your hotel for the CMA Music Festival and receive your white ticket envelope, you'll find something extra inside--BlueShoe's Best of Nashville Savings Cards, along with a printed guide with our recommendations for the best restaurants and attractions in Music City. The laminated cards are designed to be worn on your CMA Fest lanyard for easy access. We've also created a Google map highlighting our Best of Nashville suggestions and showing the CMA Music Festival venues and the hotel locations. Click on the place-markers on the map to launch a window with a description of the special discounts being offered at each restaurant or attraction and weblinks for more information; you'll need to show your BlueShoe Best of Nashville card in order to receive the discounts.

June 8, 2010: Hot off the press (or, rather the CMA's website)--the list of artists and their booth numbers, along with date and time of their autograph sessions: Artists' Autographs Sessions.

June 5, 2010: A five-night Gold Circle package at the Hampton Inn Downtown for two people has become available today. Please call 615-383-3012 for details. SOLD OUT.

May 27, 2010: A five-night package at the new Hilton Garden Inn Vanderbilt for two people has become available today. Please call 615-383-3012 for details.

May 7, 2010: We're coming back from the deluge and there's a raft of special events this weekend to raise flood relief funds. There's also a number of free entertainments being offer to help Nashvillians relax and rejuvenate. Tonight the Nashville Symphony is hosting a free performance in the public square at 8 p.m. Christopher Cross will be the special guest performer and parking is free at the Metro Courthouse/ Public Square Garage. See a list of events here.

May 6, 2010: The days are now lovely in sunshine and Nashville is mopping up. If you have time to lend a hand, volunteers are needed at the Farmers' Market tomorrow to help prepare for a reopening of the market on Saturday. In the wake of the flood, there are many, many places around Nashville in need of volunteers to pitch in and help clean. You can see a complete list of opportunities at Hands On Nashville.

May 5, 2010: Wet but not whipped! The Show will go on. The Nashville Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Country Music Association have released statements regarding the floods in middle Tennessee and the status of the Music Festival in June. The short version: the CMA Music Festival will happen! More details here: Nashville CVB issues statement and the CMA reassures Festival goers.

April 6, 2010: As Mr. Perkins' song goes, "It's one for the money, two for the show, three to get ready, Now go, cat, go." There's still time to secure your hotel and tickets for the world's premier Country Music Festival with BlueShoe's Two for the Show CMA Packages. Perfect for couples, each package features accommodations for two at the Baymont Inn and 300 Level General Admission 4-day festival passes. Priced at $499 per person (based on double occupancy), the package includes five nights hotel (June 9-14, 2010), breakfast, tax, and CMA Festival passes. March 4, 2010: The Country Music Association released the names of four more artists who are scheduled to perform this June at the CMA Music Festival. Drum roll, please . . . They are Alan Jackson, Kellie Pickler, Billy Currington, and Tim McGraw! This will be McGraw's first appearance at the Festival since 2001. See the full press release here.

March 3, 2010: It's just a bit over three months until Nashville's biggest annual event -- the CMA Music Festival. The roster of performers announced thus far includes Brad Paisley, Jason Aldean, Martina McBride, Keith Urban, Reba McEntire, Darius Rucker, Lady Antebellum, Rascal Flatts, Zac Brown Band, and Carrie Underwood. More names will be revealed throughout the spring. See the CMA's press release here.

Jan. 14 , 2010: A lot of folks are calling to ask when the artist lineup for this year's Festival will be announced. The CMA released their first press release last year during the first week of March so we're expecting the same this year. Tickets for the Celebrity Softball game and Marty Stuart's Late Night Jam at the Ryman Auditorium on June 9, 2010 should go on sale in the middle of February. We'll keep you posted about these and other happenings concerning the 2010 CMA Music Festival.
